Strength training circuits are at the heart of The Studio’s approach to fitness. Our circuits involve anything from free weights and kettle bells to Swiss balls and trampolines. The idea is to target all muscles groups while keeping the workout varied and fun. We use several different training techniques and make sure there is an instructor there to monitor your form. Circuits are made to suit all fitness levels and abilities and flexible enough to work around injuries. We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our circuits and the fact that no two are ever the same!
