Our boxing circuits are the most popular fitness class we offer at the studio. Like our regular circuits, they are varied and fun and made to fit all fitness levels. They target both muscle strength and toning as well as cardiovascular fitness. They are also a fabulous way to relieve stress… nothing like punching a bag at the end of a hard day at work!
We are now running Boxing on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6am, 7am, 9am and 5:30pm. Booking is essential.
